Talent is not a single, generic, fixed and immovable concept. A job change is a life decision and in each position we cover, it is our commitment to understand what the executive is looking for, their vision and interests, and, together with them, to find the elements to make the best decisions.

Talent is
Contextual

Today’s wide variety of opportunities and broad landscape of challenges require a wide range of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and personality profiles. Many of the characteristics required by the world we live in are very different from each other, and some are even mutually exclusive.

This means that there is no one talent for everything. Different needs
require different skills. “We are all geniuses” – Einstein once said – “But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will spend its whole life thinking it is stupid.”

Talent is
Develop

Talent grows with preparation, with learning from experiences, with acute observation of what surrounds us. And although it is based on capacity, this growth is profoundly affected by will:

If I don’t know how to do something, they teach me.
If I can’t do it, they train me.
But if I don’t want to do it… we simply reach the dead end. No progress is possible.

Growth does not have a goal, a checkered flag at the end. Growth is, in itself, a path and not a goal.
